South Main Village will soon welcome a new kind of hotel. One that looks more like a community, with its own private common area, than a standard hotel. Hotel SOMA is putting on the finishing touches now, with casita-style stays in an urban setting. Hotel SOMA begins welcoming guests on May 1, located at 454 Cleveland Avenue.
It’s like a village within a village. The courtyard is lit by string lights, with communal seating, a fire pit, a landscaped walking path, and green space. The four airstreams that line the courtyard at Hotel SOMA each have their own raised decks. It is an inviting space and a welcome escape for visitors to wind down for a restful night’s slumber.
A Destination With a Prime Location

At Hotel SOMA, guests will enjoy easy access to nearby shopping and dining. It’s a sanctuary in the city. SOMA’s nearby neighbor, The Nobleman Hotel, arrived in the area just one year ago, proving South Main is more than an up-and-coming area. Its location, which is so convenient to downtown and the hospital district, with easy access to everything from Dickies Arena to TCU, is attracting visitors.
“Hotel SOMA is a collection of 31 private casitas and four custom Airstreams set in the heart of Fort Worth’s South Main Village, just minutes from downtown and steps from some of the city’s best coffee shops, bars, restaurants, and local retail,” according to the site.
The private, gated property provides a seamless experience from self-check-in to check-out. Hotel SOMA wants your stay to feel simple and comfortable. Accommodations run around $300 per night.
