Three Fort Worth sisters are sourcing and framing luxury scarves, showcasing the unique artistry in a new way. Stately Atelier was launched in October of 2024 by Alexia, Andrea, and Alyssa Heist. Their business seeks to elevate their admiration for the craft and design of luxe and rare scarves to the level of art. Stately Atelier’s dramatic framed collections are being well received.

The sisters (who are all graduates from TCU’s Neely School of Business) took a trip to Europe in 2023, where they visited some of the world’s best silk shops in Italy. While they had long been fascinated by designer scarves, they fell in love with them as more than a mere fashion statement. Instead, they felt that level of passion and artistry was frame-worthy.

Fort Worth Digital Diary recently featured the artistry of local print-maker Tess Lackey as well. When the painstaking, print-making process of design is combined with sumptuous silk ― something magical happens.

Inside The Artistic World of Stately Atelier

Collection II is now available by Stately Atelier.

The Heists named their enterprise Stately Atelier, because the rare scarves are just that, stately, plus they say, “Every piece of art that we create has a feeling of sophistication and we really wanted to highlight France’s deep-rooted silk industry and scarf history, along with the innovation of luxury brands like Hermès and the influence of Parisian fashion ― hence Atelier.”

The unique Fort Worth Atelier does not have a permanent showroom, but with the success of Collection I (which included 10 art pieces), they have just launched their second collection. Collection II was recently launched at a party they hosted at The Fort Worth Club.

A Keen Eye For Fashion Statements

Collection II reveals another 10 art pieces that they say are “inspired from the brightness of spring, travel, and intricate details. Sourced from around the world, these beautifully matted and framed luxury scarves are all unique pieces, never to be replicated.”

All scarves are carefully sourced from around the world. With an artistic eye, Stately Atelier mattes and frames them to bring out the beauty of each piece. All are custom, and every scarf is gently pinned to the matte and shown behind museum-grade acrylic.

Each artwork has a full description of the maker and what makes it so special. Prices range from $2400 to $6725.
