The Fort Worth Food & Wine Foundation is hosting a one-night-only tasting event that’s not to be missed ― the Napa Valley Wine Experience. The event is presented in partnership with the Napa Valley Vinters Association. To say this is a rare opportunity is an understatement. This event is for bona fide wine-geeks, passionate collectors, and the Napa-curious alike.
Tickets are now on sale for Napa Valley Wine Experience returning on Thursday, October 29. This is a rare Fort Worth event that you won’t want to miss.
Last year, 36 acclaimed wineries brought the very best of Napa Valley to Fort Worth. This year, the Fort Worth Food & Wine Foundation is going even bigger. The Napa Valley Wine Experience boasts 45 participating wineries ― each represented by the winemaker, proprietor, or estate principal behind the bottle.
Napa Valley Wine Experience Returns to Fort Worth
Napa Valley Vintners are coming to Fort Worth for one night only.
The Napa Valley Vintners Association does an annual tour through Texas ― as wine drinkers in the Lone Star State are some of their most loyal customers.
This is your chance to connect directly with the people behind the bottle. These acclaimed Napa Valley wineries will be represented by their winemaker, proprietor, or estate principal. It won’t be a volunteer pouring for you. You’ll learn the authentic stories and taste pours straight from Napa’s most respected producers.
“You’ll get to meet the people who lead these wineries,” says Richard King, the co-owner of Ellerbe Fine Foods, and Fort Worth Food + Wine Foundation board member. “I believe in connections, and this is an opportunity for local wine lovers to make those connections in Napa that they’ve always wanted to have.”
“It’s a rare opportunity to meet the makers themselves. They know the backstory behind every glass. We just don’t see that very often in North Texas.”
Your Next Trip to Napa Valley Should Begin Here
Parable Wines will be on hand showcasing their best bottles and vintages.
“Napa is one of the best places to visit,” King says, “Texans have long been enthusiasts of Napa wines. We embrace them in our restaurants and our retail shops.”
Many of the wines these producers will be showcasing at The Napa Valley Wine Experience are bottles you’ll be able to find at local wine shops and on local wine lists as well.
“Having everybody in one room is very rare. If you were to travel to Napa and visit all these wineries, it would take several days and cost you thousands,” he says. “But we’ll have them all right here.”
Following up on the success of last year’s inaugural event in 2025, this is a chance to immerse yourself in an unforgettable evening, exploring Napa Valley without ever leaving Fort Worth.
