The circuit will zoom around AT&T Stadium, Globe Life Field, near the new National Medal of Honor Museum. Practice sessions and qualifying rounds will speed through Arlington this spring.
Fort Worth hosts the preliminary round for the Big 12 Conference. The ladies take to the hoops at Dickies Arena from March 27 through 30, before the Final Four heads to Phoenix, Arizona. In other words, this is as big as it gets, and Fort Worth is a host city.

April 8 through 12
The Split Rock Jumping Tour (SRJT), in partnership with the City of Fort Worth and the Fort Worth Sports Commission, will host the Longines FEI Jumping World Cup Final and Zen Elite FEI Dressage World Cup Final at Dickies Arena from April 8 through 12.
Started in 1979, the FEI Jumping World Cup Final is an annual international showdown that brings to town the world’s best in jumping horses and athletes. In Fort Worth, which has become the epicenter for Western horsemanship, dressage and jumping bring a new sport to the fore.

April 16 & 18
The 2026 NCAA Women’s Gymnastics Championships will be held at Dickies Arena in Fort Worth. This year marks the eighth year the championship will take place in Fort Worth and the sixth year in Dickies Arena.
This is your opportunity to witness the two semifinal sessions to be held on Thursday, April 16, and the national championship on Saturday, April 18. The top two teams from each semifinal session will advance to the national championship on April 18. The NCAA Women’s Gymnastics Championships showcases the top eight teams in the country and individuals as they compete for the title of national champion,” according to a release.
Prior to the championships, the National Championship trophy will travel to Fort Worth, so locals and fans will have the chance to see the trophy up close. Last year’s trophy tour included the Fort Worth Zoo, the Museum of Science & History, City Hall, and the Cattle Drive in The Stockyards.
The 2026 PBR World Finals: Unleash The Beast will once again take over Fort Worth, for two weeks as Professional Bull Riding takes center stage.
“The event kicks off where PBR began ― the legendary Cowtown Coliseum in the Fort Worth Stockyards ― with the opening rounds May 7-10, in the very building hosting the first event in 1993,” according to PBR. “After four nights of raw grit and high-stakes riding, the world’s best riders will head into the final rounds May 14-17, at Dickies Arena to battle for the coveted gold buckle, a million-dollar bonus, and a place in bull riding history as the next PBR World Champion.”

Similarly, rodeo fans will flock to town for the American Rodeo Championships. This year, the event will include the wild and excitement of The American Performance Horseman, which is the ultimate showdown for Western horsemanship of cutting, reining, and reined cow horse events. All eyes will be on Globe Life Field in Arlington, watching the world’s best compete in three unique events.

June and July
Likewise, the world will be watching this summer as FIFA World Cup mania comes to town. Although the city of Dallas nabbed the naming rights, these matches will be held in Arlington at AT&T Stadium. “Jerry World” will be temporarily renamed “Dallas Stadium” for a time. The world might not know that Arlington is not Dallas, but we do. The entire bottom section of the box seats is being removed, as we speak, to enlarge the soccer field for FIFA play. Don’t worry, it will all be restored in time for the Cowboys next fall.
Sports fans have plenty to look forward to this year. The world is bringing its best right to our doorstep.
