Dallas-based Coury Hospitality has announced plans to double the size of its award-winning Hotel Vin in Grapevine. The expansion of this showplace hotel will add rooms, restaurant offerings, and event space to the heart of Grapevine when it is completed in early 2027.

Set to break ground in late 2025, the next phase of Hotel Vin Grapevine will add another 120 guest rooms, including twenty-six suites, bringing the hotel’s total accommodations to 240 rooms. Grapevine, with its quaint, small-town appeal and proximity to the world’s third busiest airport, is a growing destination after all.

Since opening in 2020, Hotel Vin has redefined hospitality in downtown Grapevine, becoming a premier destination known for world-class service, culinary excellence, and strong community engagement. Its overwhelming success and sustained demand have led to an exciting expansion designed to elevate the guest experience even further,” Coury Hospitality says in a release.

As well as doubling its keys, other enhancements will also include an outdoor pool, a 5,000-square-foot event space, a new restaurant, and a boutique spa.

Of course, Hotel Vin has promoted Grapevine’s viniculture from the start. You cannot stroll down Main Street without passing a dozen or so wineries. The hotel’s Bacchus Kitchen + Bar, plus its Bacchus Bar, overlooking Grapevine’s train depot, is dedicated to the Roman god of wine.

Also located on site is the al fresco Wine Yard + Bar, the Magnum Speakeasy, and the subterranean wine cave known as CaveSociety.

Coury Hospitality has now labeled Grapevine’s Hotel Vin its flagship, with the announcement of a second location. A press release also tells of the debut of another Hotel Vin, which is set for Pinnacle Hills in Rogers, Arkansas. With the arrival of a second Hotel Vin, Coury has labelled the band the Vin Hotel Collection.

“Expanding Hotel Vin allows us to elevate our flagship property even further, delivering dynamic new experiences for our guests and locals.”

Hotel Vin Pinnacle Hills is anticipated to open in the summer of 2026 in Rogers, Arkansas. The over $72 million addition will also be an Autograph Collection Hotel by Marriott. It will feature 125 guest rooms, plenty of food and beverage offerings, including a rooftop bar, an outdoor pool, and over 10,000 square feet of meeting and event space.

“With Hotel Vin, we set out to create a hospitality experience that exceeds expectations, and its success has reaffirmed our vision,” said Paul Coury, CEO of Coury Hospitality.
