Bottled Blonde arrived in the nightlife-heavy West 7th District back in 2022. It didn’t last long, having closed by the middle of 2024. A new restaurant and bar will take its place soon, with a 12-hole mini indoor golf course to boot. The Dirdie Birdie will open at 2821 Morton Street this summer.
Vik and Lina Khasat opened the first The Dirdie Birdie in Austin’s Domain. It brings a vibrant atmosphere with a full restaurant menu, cozy lounging spaces. Plus an Austin-themed 12-hole course, touring guests through iconic landmarks along the way. Now this interactive entertainment concept is expanding into Fort Worth.
A Fort Worth First

“Fort Worth has a personality that feels alive, historic, and completely authentic, and that’s exactly what we want Fort Worth to be,” say co-founders Vik and Lina Khasat.
“We are creating an experiential destination where the focus isn’t just food or drinks, and it isn’t just mini golf — it’s all of it together. People can grab a meal, catch the game, celebrate a milestone, or just explore the course.”
The newest location’s 12-hole indoor mini golf course is inspired by locally famous destinations of Fort Worth culture. “Themes of select holes include the Stockyards, Sundance Square, Panther City, and the Fort Worth Courthouse,” they say.
A vintage golf theme inspired interior design, is led by Lina Khasat and Clayton Korte. But, the space also includes a private dining room for parties and larger groups, accommodating up to 30 people. A release says it is designed as a social destination first. The space is built to host family outings, corporate events, rehearsal dinners, birthdays, bachelor and bachelorette parties, holiday celebrations, and game-day watch parties.
“The venue will also introduce PuttView technology, a tech-driven putting system that tracks the ball and allows guests to play interactive games like putt pong and skill-based challenges.”
On the Menu at The Dirdie Birdie

Snack food includes yellow fin tuna with seasonal fruit, toasted pistachio, shaved serrano pepper dressed in white balsamic, and Thai basil. Along the same vein, here is a Dirdie Birdie wagyu burger, a 24-hour braised short rib, and a tasty chicken sandwich among the mains.
Similarly, the drinks list includes updated classics like the Strawnold Palmer with Liquid Alchemist Strawberry in the mix. Or a Hibiscus Paloma and a Yuzu Pimm’s Cup. Plus, beer, wine, and zero-proof options.
The Fort Worth location is designed to appeal to guests beyond the traditional nightlife crowd, they say. Along with other recent and upcoming additions to the neighborhood’s refreshed image, Dirdie Birdie keeps the variety fresh. For those seeking great food, thoughtful design, and interactive entertainment, Dirdie Birdie aims to be an all-day destination for locals and visitors alike.
