Clearfork has set the standard for style and shopping in Fort Worth. Fun and intentional pop-ups keep brands fresh, and the collection of tenants is always on the rise. Two new fashion brands have landed, along with a luxe beauty bar, plus one home design store is on the move. Here’s what’s happening at the Shops at Clearfork.

Lindsay Nicholas New York Pops Up In Cowtown

Lindsay Nicholas New York opened in the former Sugarboo and Co. location.

The former Sugarboo & Co. store at 5270 Monahans Drive has welcomed a new tenant. That’s next door to Amorino Gelato. Clearfork calls Lindsay Nicholas New York “a modern luxury womenswear brand that blends timeless elegance with bold sophistication. Designed for the woman who leads with confidence, our collections offer impeccably tailored, trans-seasonal pieces that move seamlessly from boardroom to weekend.”

Lindsay Nicholas launched her brand based on the need to maintain an expressive, professional wardroom that could keep up with her global lifestyle. So, what you’ll find in store is perfect for the jetsetter or the C-suite.

The label initially began in 2015 in New York and has now grown internationally. It’s now based and designed in Melbourne and purchased worldwide online. It landed a location at the Galleria in Dallas in 2024, but has since closed. Fort Worth is Lindsay Nicholas’s only current American storefront. They call it “a pop-up location” in Fort Worth, which held its grand opening on August 2.

Lilly Pulitzer Adds a Fashion Icon To The Mix

With two other North Texas locations, one at NorthPark in Dallas, another at Stonebriar in Frisco, the brand’s newest store is now at Clearfork in Fort Worth. The roots of Lilly Pulitzer harken back to Palm Beach, Florida, in 1964. Her sunny, beachy-inspired collections have become a staple of summer ever since.

The image of color-drenched original prints, shift dresses, and Jackie O’s effortless style are all on-brand. And, what began as casual dressing for those with an unquenchable wanderlust has expanded into cocktail and special occasion dresses, home and gifts, as well as active and swimwear.

Accessories include the Mari Cork Mini Bag ($228). Caftans include the Irella in bold pink and green print ($258), and cable sweaters add a preppy punch like the Brockton cotton sweater ($148).

Wright at Home will move from its current location in Clearfork soon.

Wright at Home has had locations in the West Seventh District (now Artisan Circle) and on Camp Bowie over the past 25 years. Now, after five years at the Shops at Clearfork, Designer Adrian Wright is on the move again.

His sumptuous Wright at Home is filled with gifts, design details, plus furnishings and décor. In advance of his move from Clearfork at the end of August, Wright has got a fantastic sale going on now. No word yet on where it will move, but we’ll keep you posted.

Adrian Wright and Doug PlesKovitch also founded WRARE with its funky, industrial design and gifting flair. That shop will remain in Clearfork, according to staff.

Clearfork has a few prime spots left to fill, and this destination shopping district is always bringing something new and exciting to Fort Worth in its lavish mix.
