Canyon Ranch has earned its reputation in the wellness space beginning in 1979 with its first Tucson, Arizona location. Approaches popularized at Canyon Ranch (with locations in Lenox, Massachusetts, Woodside, California and Las Vegas, Nevada, and soon in Austin, Texas as well) include yoga, meditation, plant-based diets, and integrative medicine have all become mainstream.
That same dedication to science-based treatments and therapies has continued to evolve ever since. Fort Worth is home to the first Canyon Ranch Wellness + Spa in a city setting.
