National real estate developer, investor, and operator ― Trademark Property Company (Trademark), has welcomed the first residents to its newest Fort Worth community ― The Vickery. With its view of the downtown Fort Worth skyline, The Vickery represents a major milestone for Trademark’s multifamily and mixed-use platform. And, there’s even more on the horizon.
Just like its nearby neighbor, The Harden, located at Public Market, The Vickery puts residents right in the thick of it. The location puts downtown Fort Worth and the Near Southside at your fingertips. And, access to the interstate is also convenient.
The Vickey is a mixed-use community located at the corner of West Vickery Boulevard and Hemphill Street in Fort Worth’s Near Southside District. It leads with multifamily living, including 321 residences, of which 307 are apartments and 14 are townhomes.
Upscale apartments and townhomes capitalize on their location.
“The Vickery has officially arrived, and this milestone represents the culmination of our desire to create a strong multifamily platform that complements our retail and mixed-use expertise,” said Terry Montesi, CEO of Trademark.
“As with all of our projects, we have created a walkable, highly amenitized environment at The Vickery that combines multiple uses in one place in an effort to create an authentic neighborhood atmosphere,” he says. “We’re proud to unveil this project to the community and look forward to welcoming the first residents to this unique lifestyle experience.”
Each residence offers high-end finishes and appliance packages. Along with the modern apartments and townhomes at The Vickery, residents will enjoy green spaces, a pickleball court, dog parks, pocket parks, and a resort-style pool. There is an on-site fitness center including cold plunges, a coworking lounge, electric vehicle charging stations, and an indoor/outdoor rooftop lounge.
There will also be a 5,300-square-foot standalone restaurant space with a rooftop patio.
More Multi-Family Mixed Use Still To Come

“The Vickery sets a new benchmark for living in Fort Worth,” according to Chad A. Colley, partner of multifamily & mixed-use at Trademark.
“We envisioned and delivered a community that blends modern luxury with authenticity, connectivity, and neighborhood character. And this is just the beginning ― with additional projects already underway, Trademark, known for retail development, is establishing itself as a leader in the multifamily sector.”
The Vickery is one of several multifamily communities Trademark is advancing across the metroplex and beyond. Earlier this year, Trademark broke ground on the Westbend Residences, a new 321-unit multifamily community overlooking the Trinity River, adjacent to its WestBend shopping and dining mecca.
