Dallas-based Coury Hospitality has announced plans to double the size of its award-winning Hotel Vin in Grapevine. The expansion of this showplace hotel will add rooms, restaurant offerings, and event space to the heart of Grapevine when it is completed in early 2027.
Set to break ground in late 2025, the next phase of Hotel Vin Grapevine will add another 120 guest rooms, including twenty-six suites, bringing the hotel’s total accommodations to 240 rooms. Grapevine, with its quaint, small-town appeal and proximity to the world’s third busiest airport, is a growing destination after all.
“Since opening in 2020, Hotel Vin has redefined hospitality in downtown Grapevine, becoming a premier destination known for world-class service, culinary excellence, and strong community engagement. Its overwhelming success and sustained demand have led to an exciting expansion designed to elevate the guest experience even further,” Coury Hospitality says in a release.

As well as doubling its keys, other enhancements will also include an outdoor pool, a 5,000-square-foot event space, a new restaurant, and a boutique spa.
Of course, Hotel Vin has promoted Grapevine’s viniculture from the start. You cannot stroll down Main Street without passing a dozen or so wineries. The hotel’s Bacchus Kitchen + Bar, plus its Bacchus Bar, overlooking Grapevine’s train depot, is dedicated to the Roman god of wine.
Also located on site is the al fresco Wine Yard + Bar, the Magnum Speakeasy, and the subterranean wine cave known as CaveSociety.
