While new locations will be added for a stellar ramen spot and a local sports bar, vegan and vegetarian fans have a couple of big losses to swallow. Plus, one of Fort Worth’s legendary chefs is ready to hang up his apron and turn over the keys, as we explore More Fort Worth Food News this May.

Wabi House is opening a new location in Keller. One of the top ramen spots in North Texas has locations in Dallas and added The Star in Frisco about a year ago, plus its Fort Worth location, which features one of the best rooftop patios in town. Next up, Wabi House plans to add Old Town Keller to its footprint by this fall.

The City of Keller broke the news in a post dated May 9, “Led by founders Dien “Chef D” Nguyen and Kenzo Tran, whose concepts include Wabi House, Piranha Killer Ramen, and Piranha Izakaya, the Old Town location will bring the vibrant, welcoming atmosphere the Wabi team is known for, along with a menu crafted just for Keller.”

Serving top-notch izakaya dishes, fresh sushi, and some of the best ramen featuring slow-simmered broth and specially made noodles ― Wabi House is a perennial favorite.

Known for its wings, pizzas, and subs, Buffalo Bros. always has the game you want to watch on one of its big screens. The menu was created to bring a taste of Buffalo, New York, to Cowtown. Other specialties include a Bison cheeseburger and a collection of submarine sandwiches.
