Two Dallas favorites for fashion and brunch roll into Fort Worth’s Museum Place this weekend. Dallas-based Headington Companies is expanding its Forty Five Ten shopping experience and Mirador restaurant with a somewhat smaller version called Café Mirador at 3220 West 7th Street. Both are opening on March 21, 2026.
While the Dallas original of Forty Five Ten is a multi-floor, fashion extravaganza, the Cowtown model will be a “tightly curated fashion boutique.” Likewise, the top floor dining with a view of many blocks of Headington Companies holdings in the Main Street District, including Hotel Joule, will be a bit snugger in Cowtown. “Café Mirador,” they say, will be “a more intimate ‘little sister’ to the acclaimed downtown Dallas restaurant.”
“Together, the boutique and café bring Forty Five Ten’s editorial lens and Mirador’s daytime dining to the city’s evolving cultural landscape,” according to a release. They join nearby neighbor Gold Mountain Gallery, Telluride’s high-end furniture and art gallery.
These Fort Worth Firsts Arrive in The Cultural District
Forty Five Ten opens this weekend in Fort Worth’s Museum Place development.
The arrival of both Forty Five Ten and Café Mirador was first announced last July. Both have become fashion and dining powerhouses in their hometown of Dallas. “Its expansion to Fort Worth carries this legacy westward in a striking 4,000-square-foot boutique conceived by Ibáñez Shaw Architects with interiors by SWOON, the studio,” they say.
For instance, in Café Mirador you’ll find the design features “burl wood banquettes, Woka silk sconces, white oak floors, Thonet-inspired dining chairs upholstered in Dedar fabric. And Juergen Teller’s iconic Food No.102 photograph as a striking centerpiece. Art curated by John Runyon of Runyon Fine Arts, with pieces from the personal collection of Tim Headington.”
“Together, the boutique and café reflect the brand’s continued evolution while embracing the momentum of Fort Worth’s booming cultural and luxury market.”
Heading Companies Expands West

“Fort Worth’s growth and creative momentum make this the perfect moment to bring Forty Five Ten and Café Mirador west,” says Jeny Bania, Chief Marketing Officer of Headington Companies. “It’s a community that shares our passion for thoughtful design, art, and elevated hospitality. This expansion allows us to bring something familiar, yet entirely new, to a market that’s come into its own. The Cultural District is flourishing, and this opening marks an exciting next chapter for the brand — one we’re truly looking forward to sharing with the Fort Worth community.”
The Fort Worth boutique will feature items curated specifically for the local market. It’s a mix of Women’s Ready-to-Wear, Fine Jewelry, Accessories, and Home goods. Several designers will be appearing in Fort Worth for the first time. Featured designers include Bode, Dries Van Noten, Khaite, Comme des Garçons, Brandon Maxwell, The Elder Statesman, Jil Sander, Marni, and more.
Beyond the fashion itself, Forty Five Ten customers are treated to personalized styling for those seeking tailored shopping experiences.
“Fort Worth is experiencing an incredible moment of growth, and we’re honored to be part of its evolution,” says Anne Wallach, President of Forty Five Ten. “Expanding here allows us to share Forty Five Ten’s distinct perspective on luxury fashion — one that celebrates artistry, individuality, and the connection that comes from personal style.”
The Café Mirador Experience

Fort Worth’s new Café Mirador spans 1,000 square feet with 33 seats ― accommodating 28 in the dining room and five at the bar. It is led by Headington Companies’ Vice President of Restaurants, Coner Seargeant.
“The emphasis on seasonality, originality, and modern American cuisine that has made Mirador successful remains at the heart of everything we do,” says Seargeant. “For this new expression, we’re thinking a little lighter — champagne, tasting bites, elevated lunches. We want a relaxed space where friends gather for a good time before or after shopping. And of course, there will be caviar.”
Dining at Café Mirador is available Wednesday through Friday from 11 am to 3 pm, and on Saturday and Sunday from 10:30 am to 3 pm. Reservations are highly encouraged through Resy. And, by highly encouraged, I mean, you’re not scoring a table without one.
On The Menu at Café Mirador

The menu is both pretty and creative. Think Ahi Tuna Cornettes, classic Lobster Rolls, the popular Farro Bowl, and Mirador Chicken Bites. Some of the longtime brunch favorites are traveling West as well. These include Chia Bowl, Breakfast Sandwich, an Eggs Benedict, and a daily pastry selection baked fresh at the Commissary in Dallas.
Café Mirador will feature champagne, an edited wine list, and a selection of splashy cocktails, including its famous Mirador Margarita. “Guests can enjoy weekday lunches or linger over weekend brunch, available Saturday and Sunday, with expanded offerings that celebrate Mirador’s signature sophistication and playful approach to modern American cuisine,” they say.
Together, Forty Five Ten, which will be open Wednesday through Friday from 11 am to 5 pm, and Café Mirador Fort Worth set the stage for a new cultural landmark, introducing a fresh standard of luxury and lifestyle to the city’s evolving landscape.
